- 填写完整的入学申请表格
- 申请者需呈报下列材料直接递交或邮寄本院（原件一份及复印件二份）
- 最高学历/学位公证书（中英文）
- 成绩公证书（中英文）
- 有效的护照或身份证复印件
- 申请人的个人简历（教育背景和工作经历）（中英文）
- 收入情况证明
- 近期6张2寸彩色免冠照片（含申请表的一张，并请在照片背面清楚地写上中英文姓名）
- 报名及行政费新币（$250）

Registration Procedures
- Complete the Application Form
- The following documents are to be submitted to ASB by person or by post. ( 3 sets required: 1 original, 2 photocopied)
- Certificate of highest qualification (In Chinese and English)
- Notarial certificate of result slip (In Chinese and English)
- Passport and identity card
- Resume (Education background and work experience)
- Record of monthly salary
- 6 Recent colored passport size photos (Please write your name behind the photo in Chinese and English)
- Pay a registration fee of $250
- Send the application form and required documents to:
